The three phases

Phase 1: Awareness

"Awareness is the first act of self-care."

Before anything can shift, it must first be seen. This phase invites you to pause long enough to notice: your energy, your emotions, the stories running quietly in the background.

Phase 2: Release

"Let go of what no longer serves you."

What are you holding onto emotionally, mentally, or physically that you're ready to release? This is about noticing the weight you're carrying right now - emotions, worries, expectations, or tension that sits in your body.

Phase 3: Restore

"You are allowed to rest before you break."

Choose one word to capture this moment. Reconnect with what helps you feel energised, peaceful, and whole again. There's no deadline for coming home to yourself.
